99.995% Zinc with a small amount of Aluminum smelting, the Aluminium content is about 0.06% -0.20% wich can improve the resistance of the steel plate Creep. Zinc content is 0.08% -1.00%, to increase the hardness of the alloy. Zinc is an excellent durable metal material which has natural corrosion resistance. It can form a dense passivated protective layer on the surface, so that zinc can maintain a very slow corrosion rate. Experimental testing and tracking showed that zinc corrosion rate of less than 1 micron / year, 0.7 mm Aluzinc Sheet can be used for nearly 100 years. Trauma can be automatically restored and the wound could be recovery of 0.001μ surface within one day, the thickness can be increased to 0.005μ after 1 day, 20 days later rose to 0.01μ. All self-protection metal can keep the metal gloss for a long time.
The Aluzinc steel sheet with thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm using for Roof and Wall, its weight is 3.5-7.5 kg / square meter. For example, 0.82 mm thick Aluzinc steel roofing panel weight is only 5.7 kg / square meter which is a very lightweight roofing material. The roof structure has no effect. The Aluminium-Zinc-plated steel sheet for roofing has a breaking strength of 16 kg / mm2, an elongation of 15-18%, an elastic modulus of 1.5X105 MPa and a density of 7.15.
