Tangshan Steel: – Enamel steel-HBIS steel exporting
On the beginning of June in 2016, HBIS Tangshan Steel’s high tensile Automobile Cold Rolled Steel line firstly produced successfully 4000mt Enamel Steel whose thickness was from 0.7mm-1.1mm. The mechanical property and surface quality was totally conformed to the requirement of buyer. Those 400mt TTC2 enamel CRC steel coils had shipped toward to Colombia’s end-users.
Enamel Steel is widely applied in household appliances, metallurgy,food package, etc. There is strict control on the mechanical property and alloy chemical content. The enamel steel is one of competitive CRC steel products in the market at the moment.
Tangshan Steel- Galvanized Steel-HBIS steel exporting
Focus on the two main subject of “Market “and “Products”, Tangshan steel stepped forward to international market. In the May of 2016, Tangshan steel exported 6300MT Galvanized Steel Coil to the Vietnam’s customer. Until the moment, the exporting quantity of galvanized steel coils from Tangshan steel has been accumulated up to 10,000 MT.
Xuanhua Steel-Alloy Wire Rod-HBIS steel exporting
In the June of 2016, HBIS Xuanhua Steel developed high quality of alloy wire rod with the grade of SWCH8R-CR8. The quantity was 2866.212mt. The Diameter is 6.5mm,8.0mm,10.0mm, which was successfully exported to the oversea market.
Chende Steel-Hot Rolled Coil-HBIS steel exporting
In the end of June, HBIS chengde steel produced 1.8mm Hot Rolled Steel coils with the grade of carbon steel A36-B. The coils have been leveled. In the first half of 2016, the order quantity of HRC to South America market was upto 15,000MT.
Hengshui Steel- Tinplate-HBIS steel exporting
Recently, 8 experts from Department and Society of science of Hebei province, Hebei Metallurgical Industry Association, the University of Shijiazhuang Railway composed into a group researched and carried on performance for acceptance for “Ultra thin food grade DR tinplate” production and control technology research”. Through strict and rigorous acceptance link, HBIS hengshui steel’s Ultra Thin DR tinplate program was passed examination smoothly.
The expert group listened to the project team, technology, financial audit, analysis test report, and examined the scene of the production, the question reply and discussion. They confirmed the project successfully, which developed a thickness of 0.14 mm, with the DR9 temper Ultra Thin High Quality Food Grade Tinplate .
Handan Heavy Steel-Steel Plate-HBIS steel exporting
HBIS Handan Heavy Steel successfully produced the extra thin thickness API pipe steel plate with the thickness and width:10mmX2500mm. The Grade is X65. The mechanical property, the shape of plate and the surface quality were all conformed to Chinese GB steel.
